How to prepare baked for a 700g package:
Instructions: after thawing them, add a glass of wine water and half a glass of olive oil to a saucepan and heat them on a very low heat for about 20 minutes . In the microwave: as they are frozen, sprinkle a portion (10 dolmades) with olive oil and heat them for 3 minutes, always covered.

How to prepare uncooked for a 700g package:
Defrost our dolmadaki for about an hour and place them in a pot. Add vegetable broth or water until they are completely covered, 100 g of olive oil, juice of a medium lemon (15 g) and cover with a plate and the lid of our pot. Bake them for an hour on low heat at around 150-160 C.

Deep freeze -18 ºC for one year from date of production.
